At Brava Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable garments. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off your package at the nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
